How to Install Ubuntu in Termux

3. Install Git
- Git plays an important role while installing Ubuntu in Termux in android. It helps us to clone repositories from github in Termux.
apt install git -y
4. Clone Ubuntu
- Cloning means downloading repositories of github from github to termux app. Below command will help us to clone UBUNTU repository in Termux.
git clone https://github.com/adarshaddee/ubuntu.git
5. Setup for Ubuntu
- Now we are going to install Ubuntu in Termux app. You need to enter some commands one by one for different - different tasks.
cd ubuntu
- Above cd command will take you to ubuntu directory
chmod +x ubuntu
- Above chmod command will give execute permission to ubuntu script and that permission will help you to execute the script and install Ubuntu.
./ubuntu -h
- Above command will start it's execution and show you help screen.
6. Install Ubuntu

./ubuntu -u
- Above command will install necessary packages in Termux app which are required for the installation of ubuntu in termux.
./ubuntu -i
- Above command will start installing Ubuntu in Termux app and make sure you enter this command after successful completion of above command.
After successful execution of both above two commands your Ubuntu in now install in Termux app in your Android device.
7. Login to UBUNTU
This is the last and final command in this post. This command will help you to login to ubuntu.
ubuntu -l
- Above command will help you to login to UBUNTU and you can type anytime and anywhere in Termux app to login to ubuntu.
